We want you to be happy with the items you have purchased from Leather Collection, so if you are not satisfied, we will be happy to replace the item in another colour, size or something totally different, however freight costs are incurred.

Delivery

We ship all our products via registered post or by a courier company. No PO Boxes will be accepted (unless under certain circustances, we have no option but to send to a PO Box, we will not be held responsible for goods not arriving to you, however this needs to be agreed prior to placing your order). Please advise us of your street address when you place your order, as goods will need to be signed for when delivered. Please allow 6 - 10 Days for delivery.

Returns

Goods must be returned within 14 days unworn and unused with original tags and packaging together with the original sales receipt received with your purchase. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for us to receive it. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges unless the goods are faulty or damaged.

NO refunds will be given, however a credit coupon will be issued, upon receiving the products into our warehouse, excluding delivery charges (unless goods are faulty).

Because all computer monitors are different, the colours displayed on your monitor may be slightly different from the actual product.

Warranty Based Returns

We try our best to ensure that all products are shipped free from defects. In the case that you do receive a faulty product upon delivery, do not panic, simply contact Leather Collection and we will organise to have the item replaced for you at our expense.
